What We Do
Established in 2008, TCH set out to provide energy efficient and thermally efficient modular housing across WA, from the harsh Pilbara and Kimberley to the South West and anywhere in between. Whilst a rather small company, TCH has undertaken numerous projects throughout this time that are, at times, outside of our comfort zone. Two and three storey projects have become commonplace for TCH. While we have standard designs available, most Thermal Comfort Homes Projects are custom designed and built to meet the needs of our clients. Our innovative and flexible building solutions, combined with our commitment to successful outcomes, ensure our Construction Projects are constructed to the highest possible standards and finishes.
Site Built or Modular, the choice is yours
Thermal Comfort Homes is experienced in providing both Modular and Site Built Construction Projects. Transportable, Modular Construction can be beneficial for a number of reasons, including where the cost of labour in often remote locations is prohibitive. Being able to work with experienced and qualified tradespeople forms an important aspect of any construction project and working within a quality-controlled environment provides great benefits where this is all too often not possible. Being able to provide a finished product “off of the truck” often shows great advantages for a growing number of our projects.
There is an equal number of projects, both Residential and Commercial, which benefit from a typical Site Built Construction. Thermal Comfort Homes has worked hard to secure a loyal local and regional workforce that specialise in all facets of Construction. We are committed to undertaking projects that we know we can deliver successfully, and will guide you through the design and procurement phase as to which Construction option best suits your individual project and required outcomes.
